Payment
Little Beauties accepts payment via Paypal and Google. All payments must be made and clear prior to goods being dispached.
Shipping
All postage and packaging costs are included in the price you see. We will endeavour to ship all goods within 24 hours of receipt of payment. All goods are shipped via Royal Mail First Class and under their commitments, should arrive within 3-5 working days, this cannot be guaranteed so please allow up to 14 days for shipping.
All overseas parcels will be sent via Royal Mail Small Packet Air Mail and should arrive within 7 working days. There will be no extra charge for this service.
Refunds/Exchanges
If you are at all unsatisfied by your goods please contact us by email charlotte@littlebeauties.co.uk. If there is a problem with any item we will ask you to return it to us in its original packaging for replacement or refund if necessary.
We are happy to exchange goods and will accept payment/issue refunds as necessary.
In the unlikely event that you have to return goods to us, please ensure that you include your name, address and email address with the goods so we can process it as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Measurements
All measurements used on the website are approximate but as close as we can get them.
Colours
All photos are taken as true to the actual colours as possible, however some variance may occur due to different screens and resolutions. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
Privacy
Personal details held by Little Beauties are private and will not be passed on to others. If you do not wish for your details to be held, please state this in the ‘notes’ section when ordering.
