This is a little bit of a random post for me and one that will probably become more regular as time goes by. A few weeks ago I decided to get my nails done again (tips and acrylic), I used to bite along time ago and have since grown my nails rather successfully- however through the winter time they go very brittle and chip, break etc very easily and so since I’ve not yet found a miracle cure and I’m not at uni at the mo- I thought I would have them done again- not majorly extended but just so they look even and neat.
So, once the decision was made and the appointment booked I decided I wanted some cute nail art to send me on my way, and after falling in love with these my heart was set!
And this was the result…
My hands weren’t in the best of nick but you get the idea- I was so pleased with them and I got loads of great comments too!
And so…now I have the Ladybirds and there’s no stopping me! I couldn’t find a good inspiration image on the web so I let Lindsey loose- once again I was chuffed with the results and hence this post- I just couldn’t keep them to myself, here you go- have a butchers!
And now we’re on a role! I’m having a re-paint next week in time for my Alice In Wonderland themed event at Natwich and I’m thinking little white rabbits…and here are a few other ideas that have taken my fancy over the last few weeks that will probably be featuring somewhere along the line.
Summer prints, stripes, leopard and tuxedo…
AND then, as if this wasn’t enough! to add to this nail worship I got Dare magazine thrust at me the other day on the way to work with this fab spread in it- there is even a tutorial video for the lush half and half zebra ones on the right on the website too- (http://dare.superdrug.com/issue2?page=15)
Heaven or what?! You can take a nosy at other nails that I love on my ‘Nails <3′ Pinterest board (http://pinterest.com/littlebeauties/nails-3/)
So ladies, what’s your excuse not to have some perfectly painted and trendy tips this week, or the week after, or the week after that…or the week after that!
Get painting,
P.S I also put together a group of green goodies ready for St. Patrick’s Day on Pinterest so be sure to check that out too!
